Michael Hagerty to Present at LSI’s Climate Change in California Conference

Brattle Senior Associate Michael Hagerty will speak at the Law Seminars International (LSI) Climate Change in California Conference, to be held December 3-4 in San Francisco, CA.

The event will feature thought leaders, policy makers, advocates, and practitioners speaking on developing and implementing policies to reach California’s ambitious climate and energy goals.

Mr. Hagerty will discuss “West Coast Carbon Pricing.” He will speak on similarities and differences in how British Columbia, Washington, Oregon, and California are approaching the issue, pushback from the fossil fuel producing mountain states, and the economic perspective on the extent of the need for unified carbon policies.
