Kathleen Spees to Present at EBA Mid-Year Energy Forum

Brattle Principal Kathleen Spees will speak at the Energy Bar Association (EBA) 2018 Mid-Year Energy Forum, to be held October 29-30 in Washington, DC.

The event will consist of two days of discussions focused on the legal issues related to all aspects of energy law.

Dr. Spees will speak on the panel “The Changing Electric Resource Mix: Adaptation and Anticipation.” The panel will address issues raised by the changing energy resource mix and debate the factors driving the current resource mix, its impact on markets, and how to prepare for and respond to the changes still to come.
