Sanem Sergici to Speak on Customer-Friendly Rates at E Source Forum

Brattle Principal Sanem Sergici will speak at the E Source Forum, while will be held September 17–20 in Denver, CO.

The event will provide information aimed at helping utilities and their partners manage and improve their customer relationships and navigate the ever-changing utility industry.

Dr. Sergici will join the panel “Making Tomorrow’s Rates Customer Friendly.” The panel will discuss the complexity that utilities face in how they charge customers for the service that they receive due to emerging technologies and new means of generation.
