FERC’s Recent Enforcement Developments: Dr. Shaun Ledgerwood to Discuss at EBA Webinar

Principal Dr. Shaun Ledgerwood will join an Energy Bar Association (EBA) webinar, “FERC Enforcement: Recent Developments & What Lies Ahead in a New Administration,” which will take place on Tuesday, June 15 from 9:00–10:00 a.m. (PT) | 12:00–1:00 p.m. (ET).

The webinar will cover key developments in enforcement by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), including natural gas and electric market manipulation, how electric reliability inquiries and investigations are handled, and the increased focus on infrastructure and certificate-related violations. Panelists will also discuss whether companies, defense counsel, and economic experts should approach FERC enforcement matters differently than in the past.
