Ms. Cleary has experience providing economic consulting services on issues of liability, class certification, and damages in antitrust cases involving mergers and acquisitions, price-fixing and collusion, monopolization, price discrimination, vertical restraints, and other anticompetitive practices.
She has analyzed competition in a wide variety of industries including chemicals, pharmaceuticals, automobiles, airlines, groceries, soft drinks, cigarettes, sports leagues, and industrial and agricultural commodities.
Ms. Cleary has extensive experience in providing support to testifying economists, including two Nobel laureates. She also has experience in engagements regarding breach of contract, securities fraud, and patent infringement. Ms. Cleary has worked on behalf of clients involved in legal and regulatory disputes in the US, Canada, and Europe.
Prior to joining The Brattle Group, Ms. Cleary was a Senior Associate at The Princeton Economics Group and a Research Associate at NERA.
