Brattle to Sponsor Canadian Bar Association Competition Law Fall Symposium

The Brattle Group is sponsoring the upcoming Canadian Bar Association (CBA) Competition Law Fall Online Symposium, “Competition Law and Foreign Investment Enforcement in the Time of COVID-19,” taking place October 20–22.

The program will include panel discussions on a wide variety of competition topics such as the need for expediting litigation in challenging times, distressed mergers and acquisitions, and the impact of COVID-19 on the pharmaceutical industry. Brattle will sponsor and Principal Renée Duplantis will give introductory remarks during Thursday’s virtual breakfast event on “Building Resilience,” hosted by the Canadian Women in Competition Law.
