GCR Recognizes In re: Blue Cross Blue Shield Antitrust Litigation Team with 2021 Team Award “Litigation of the Year – Cartel Prosecution”
Global Competition Review (GCR) recognized In re: Blue Cross Blue Shield Antitrust Litigation team with the 2021 Team Award, “Litigation of the Year – Cartel Prosecution.” A Brattle team led by Michael Cragg provided economic expertise and worked with an extensive group of law firms to support Senior Advisor Dr. Ariel Pakes, the class certification expert, and Dr. Daniel Rubinfeld, the liability expert.
