Brattle Director of Global Development James Keyte Featured on Bloomberg Television

The Brattle Group’s Director of Global Development, James Keyte, appeared on the Bloomberg News Network on Wednesday March 20.

Mr. Keyte joined the television program “Balance of Power” with host David Westin. Mr. Keyte appeared on the segment titled “Antitrust Angst” along with Jennifer Rie, a Senior Litigation Analyst for Antitrust at Bloomberg Intelligence. The segment included discussion of the divergence of antitrust policies both within Europe and between the US and the EU. The conversation touched upon the recent EU Commission fine against Google, Spotify’s action against Apple and the Siemens / Alstrom attempted merger in the EU, as well as a dialogue over growing concerns regarding the market power of U.S. big-tech.
