Brattle to Host Virtual Event on UK Class Actions

Brattle will host a virtual event, “UK Class Actions: Lessons Learned & What’s Next,” on Wednesday, June 30 from 9:30–11:00 a.m. (BST).

Our expert panel will consider the lessons from recent collective proceedings order (CPO) application hearings about trucks, trains, and interchange fees, and will cover topics including legal tests for class certification, the role for expert economic evidence, and the challenges for carriage disputes. The panel includes Brick Court Chambers Barrister James Flynn, Hausfeld Partner Anna Morfey, Baker McKenzie Partner Francesca Richmond, and Brattle Principals Dr. Pinar Bagci and Dr. Peter Davis.
