Loren Smith and James Keyte to Speak at Antitrust in Life Sciences Conference
Brattle Principal Loren Smith and Director of Global Development James Keyte will speak at the first webinar in a series for the Concurrences and Fordham University School of Law Antitrust in Life Sciences Conference, to be held June 30 at 9:00 a.m. (PT)/12:00 p.m. (ET)/6:00 p.m. (CEST).
Dr. Smith will moderate the discussion, “US/EU, A Transatlantic Gap?” between Noah Joshua Phillips, Commissioner on the US Federal Trade Commission; and Paul Csiszár, Director of Basic Industries, Manufacturing, and Agriculture at the European Commission’s Directorate-Generale for Competition.
In anticipation of the conference, Brattle Principal Lisa Cameron interviewed Mr. Csiszár on the pharmaceutical market. Concurrences provided the full interview online, “Pharmaceutical Pricing and Markets: A European Union Enforcer’s Perspective.”
Mr. Keyte, who also serves as Director of the Fordham Competition Law Institute, will provide the event’s welcome remarks.
