James Keyte, Pinar Bagci, and Kai-Uwe Kühn to Speak at Fordham Competition Law Institute Workshop and Conference

Brattle Director of Global Development James Keyte, Principal Pinar Bagci, and Academic Advisor Kai-Uwe Kühn will speak at the 46th Fordham University Competition Law Institute Workshop and Conference, to be held September 11–13 in New York.

Mr. Keyte, who also serves as Director of the Fordham Competition Law Institute, will provide the opening remarks on September 11 and the welcoming introductions on September 12 and 13. Dr. Bagci will speak on the panel “Private Litigation Around the World” on September 12. Professor Kühn will speak on the panel “Non-Horizontal Mergers: Issues and Challenges” on September 13.
