Pinar Bagci to Present at GCR Live 10th Annual Brussels Conference
Brattle Principal Pinar Bagci will present at the GCR Live 10th Annual Brussels Conference, taking place July 10, 2018 in Brussels, Belgium.
The session that Dr. Bagci will participate in is “It’s rebatable: Pricing abuses under Article 102 after Intel,” which will tackle questions that have arisen after the Intel judgment. Specific topics include the regulators’ approach to exclusionary pricing conduct, the role of economic evidence, and how dominant companies should approach pricing to avoid both excessive price abuses and exclusionary ones.
